Delivery Policy


  1. What Is The Delivery Policy?

This delivery policy (or shipping policy) is intended either (i) to guide customers so that they have a general idea of when their goods will be delivered or (ii) to serve as a legally binding contract imposing obligations on the seller.

  1. What Is The Process Before Delivery?

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the delivery options available to your specified delivery address, including the estimated delivery time and the cost of each option once we confirm your order. If we confirm your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with full information about your order and the delivery option you have selected.

  1. What are the Delivery Charges?

The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for delivery is clearly indicated during the check-out process. Our delivery policy is free shipping.

  1. When and Where Will The Product Be Delivered?

If no delivery date is specified, we will endeavor to ship the order consisting of the product(s) within the estimated timeframe specified when selecting the delivery method and in any case within a deliver within 10 to 14 working days from the date of Order Confirmation.

We will endeavor to deliver your order to an address in accordance with your chosen delivery option.

  1. What To Do In The Case Of Delay?

Delays may occur due to the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or for reasons such as the delivery region. If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery time, please contact us via e-mail and we will do their best to assist you.

  1. When Is Delivery Considered To Have Taken Place?

For the purpose of these Terms, "delivery" or "delivery" of the order shall be understood to occur at the moment when you or a third party specified by you obtains physical possession of the goods, which shall be evidenced by signing the order receipt at the specified delivery address.
