I Cannot Make a Payment, How Should I Proceed?

If you encounter an error message in your payment, you can clear your cookies or try from a different browser.

If you get the same error after this process, you can contact your bank and have your card checked whether it is open for shopping over the Internet.

How can I check the status of my order ?

By logging in as a member, you can access the details of your order on the "My Orders" page.

Can I Make Changes To My Order ?

No changes can be made to orders whose payment has been completed. If your order is not in the preparing status, you can cancel your order and create a new order.

How Can I Find My Invoice If Lost?

If the invoice of your order is prepared as an e-archive, it is sent to your registered e-mail address on the first business day following your order. You can reach from your mail. If you cannot find your invoice in your e-mail, you can download your invoice by clicking on the relevant order in the "my orders" section.

Can I Change the Delivery Address of My Order ?

After the payment of your order is completed, the delivery or invoice number cannot be changed.

In How Many Days Will My Order Arrive?

Standart Delivery = 5-7 Working Days

Large Delivery = 7-14 Working Days

Heavy Delivery = 3 Weeks

There may be delays during the campaign periods depending on the density.

How Can I Track My Cargo Order?

The order can be cancelled before it goes to the preparing stage.  Cancellation is not possible for orders that are in the Preparing status, and you can return the product after it

I want to return my order, what should I do ?

You can return the products you purchased within 30 days from the invoice date. The return period of our furniture products is 7 days after the delivery date.

If you want to return your order for various reasons after receiving it, you can click on the member icon and select your order and start your return process for a product or the entire order.

After your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant departments and approved for its return. This process takes 2-5 working days on average. Home cosmetics and personal cosmetics are non-refundable even if their packaging is unopened, untested, undamaged, unused, as limited by law within the framework of hygiene.

When will the fee for my canceled/returned product be reflected in my account ?

After your product reaches us, it will be examined and approved by the relevant units, this process takes an average of 7 working days. After this process, your return will be made.

When your cancellation is confirmed in your cancellation transactions, a refund is provided to your bank, it will appear in your account within 2 days depending on the bank.
